Tastefully renovated, this quirky, attractive cottage is situated in a quiet mews development of four houses and is most suitable for both couples and families wanting a base from which to explore the coast and New Forest National Park. The easily accessible High Street offers numerous shops, pubs and restaurants, whilst the popular waterfront and marinas are within a twenty minute walk. The pretty Victorian railway station, which takes you to the Isle of Wight ferry terminal, is a fifteen minute walk away. Kitchen area includes gas hob, electric built-in oven, slimline dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
Living/dining area with comfortable seating, flat screen TV with DVD player, CD player. Dining table with seating for four.
Narrow stairs to first floor.

Bathroom with compact bath and shower over, basin and WC. Utility cupboard with washer-dryer. Please note there is a low beam which may restrict access for tall people getting into the bath.
